🇯🇵 Japanese Edition — all card text is in Japanese

This is the Japanese-language printing, with a different card pool from the English release. Details below.

One Piece Card Game OP-14: The Azure Sea’s Seven – Japanese Booster Box

The original Japanese printing of the Warlords set, released November 22, 2025. This is the pure Shichibukai version — 156 all-new cards dedicated entirely to the Seven Warlords and their crews, with no EB-04 content. It also carries the gold-etched Buggy Secret Rare that completes the Four Emperors cycle, which the English release doesn’t have.

🇯🇵 vs 🇬🇧 — How This Differs from the English Box

🇯🇵 Japanese (this product)

156 cards, Warlords only. Secret Rares are Mihawk and gold Buggy. No box topper. Released Nov 2025.

🇬🇧 English OP-14 / EB-04

157+1 cards, Warlords plus half of EB-04 Egghead Crisis. Secret Rares are Mihawk and Crocodile. Released Jan 2026.

What’s In the Box

  • 24× OP-14 Japanese booster packs
  • 288× Cards total (12 per pack)
  • 156 Brand-new card types, plus 48 variant versions
  • Japanese Edition, official Bandai product

👑 The Buggy Gold SEC Completes the Four Emperors

Bandai ran a gold-and-silver Emperors cycle across several sets — Luffy in A Fist of Divine Speed, Blackbeard in Legacy of the Master, Shanks in OP-13. Buggy’s gold-etched Secret Rare here closes the loop, and it’s only in the Japanese printing — the English box swapped it for Crocodile. If you’re chasing all four, this box is the only route to the last one.

The Full Rarity Ladder

  • 6 Leader Cards — Mihawk, Law, Jinbe, Hancock, Doflamingo and Crocodile
  • 60 Common · 30 Uncommon · 37 Rare — Warlord crews across every colour
  • 15 Super Rare — the highest SR count in a Japanese numbered set at release
  • 6 Special Card · 2 Secret Rare — including the Boa Hancock SP
  • 48 variant cards — parallels and alt-arts across the rarity tiers
  • 1 Treasure Rare — the ultimate box chase

Counts reflect the full set pool. Contents are random.

Six Warlord Leaders

🗡️ Dracule Mihawk ⚕️ Trafalgar Law 🌊 Jinbe 💛 Boa Hancock 🦩 Doflamingo 🐊 Crocodile

Note that the Japanese lineup runs Crocodile as a Leader where the English box uses Buggy — another point of difference between the two printings.

Why the Japanese Printing

  • The gold Buggy SEC — not available in the English box at all
  • Undiluted Warlords pool — no Egghead cards turning up in a Shichibukai pack
  • 48 Japanese variant cards — parallels that don’t exist in the English printing
  • Legal for Japanese-format play — the canonical set for Japanese tournament builds

⚠️ Before you order

All card text is in Japanese. Bandai’s tournament rules generally require cards in the language of the event, so Japanese cards are not legal in official English-format events — they’re for Japanese-format play, casual games, testing and collecting. Worth confirming before you buy if you’re building for English tournaments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What language are the cards?
Japanese — names, text and effects are all in Japanese.

Can I use these in English tournaments?
Generally no. Bandai’s rules require cards in the event’s language, so Japanese cards suit Japanese-format events, casual play and collecting. Check with your event organiser if unsure.

How is this different from the English OP-14?
The Japanese box has 156 Warlords-only cards with no EB-04 content, and its Secret Rares are Mihawk and the gold Buggy. The English box adds EB-04 cards and swaps Buggy for Crocodile.

What’s the Four Emperors cycle?
A run of gold-and-silver Emperor Secret Rares across several sets — Luffy, Blackbeard, Shanks and finally Buggy here in Japanese OP-14.

How many packs are in the box?
24 packs of 12 cards each — 288 cards per box.
